Urasenke 裏千家 is one of the main schools of Japanese tea ceremony. Along with Omotesenke and Mushakōjisenke, it is one of the three lines of the Sen family descending from Sen no Rikyū, which together are known as the san-Senke or the "three Sen houses/families" (三千家).

How to prepare Thin tea:
Step1: Eat some sweet before drink tea.
Step2: Use matcha sifter put 2g/ (4g for thick tea) mesh the matcha powder into a tea bowl
Step3: pour 70ml 80c water over the matcha powder
Step4: whisk with a chasen (tea whisk) until foamy and small bubbles

Tips:
When your matcha is ready, drink it immediately, because as it cools down it might turn bitter.
Please store in a cool place, pay attention to humidity and aroma.
Store in the refrigerator to keep it fresh in 7 months. (Matcha is best fresh. Strongly recommended consume it within a month after opening)
