Mountain River Patisserie started out as a small family business in 2017, baking delicious desserts in a community shared kitchen in Salisbury. Since then, we've grown and moved to our own location at 84 Mango St, Runcorn.
Our cozy café is now open to everyone and offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy the golden sunlight shining through the windows and the sound of trains passing by on the nearby tracks. Start your day off right with a cup of locally roasted coffee, high quality matcha, or organic tea from Japan, along with a fresh and tasty homemade dessert.

Eat it now: Wait for 10-20 min defrost the Canelé at room temperature/ microwave for 5-10 sec
Eat it later: Store them in the FREEZER straight away when you receive them.
What is canele?
The shell should be very crunchy and inside like custard.
What should’t be?
Do not leave our canele at room temperature for more than 2 hours (especially in Queensland’s weather), you will miss the best thing.
